Bay Boardriders Win Third Consecutive NZ Club Title

Bay Boardriders have won their third consecutive NZ Boardrider Club Championships in April 2025, making history as the only club to win three consecutive national titles.

Tim O'Connor delivered a standout performance in the Open Men's division, while Alex Dive also shone for the club. Strong results across all divisions proved the difference in the overall club standings.

With over 130 active competing members, Bay Boardriders fielded strong representation across every division — from 12-and-Under through Over 50.

Three in a row reflects the depth of talent and the culture of this club. BBR are not just about one or two surfers — they are strong across every division.

The club now sets its sights on an unprecedented fourth consecutive title in 2026.
